Tier IV Production Team Leader
Responsibilities:
- Provide direction, leadership and guidance to assigned employees in either the weld area or the fabrication department.
- Ensures that the team works fully within the company standards for safe working practices and takes immediate steps to resolve non-conforming problems.
- Implements policies and operating procedures and provides hands-on direction to assigned production personnel to achieve quality, safety and productivity. As necessary trains or recommends training of assigned personnel in the team.
Design Engineer
Use your experience and technical expertise as an Engineer to participate, and when necessary, lead design teams, developing the latest in Agricultural and Industrial Products. Performs necessary formal analysis with a reasonable amount of autonomy and assists in generation of design documentation.
You will have a degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering. Experience with Solidworks and working within a LEAN Manufacturing environment is a definite asset. Preference will be given to those with an agricultural background.
Production Fabricator
Responsibilities:
- Operation of presses, punches, shears, drills and other equipment in fabrication department
Qualifications:
- Grade twelve education or two years experience in a manufacturing role in an equipment manufacturing company
- WHMIS certification an asset
Production Assembler
Responsibilities:
- Assembly of finished products using appropriate drawings
- Inspecting completed product assuring all work complete
- Assuring quality of finished goods meets requirements
Qualifications:
- Mechanically inclined
- Experience in manufacturing role in equipment manufacturing company preferred
- WHMIS certification an asset
Production Painter
Responsibilities:
- Inspection of proper preparation of parts to be painted
- Painting all components, parts and equipment as directed
Qualifications:
- Grade twelve education or two years experience in a manufacturing role in an equipment manufacturing company
- WHMIS certification an asset
Production Welder
Responsibilities:
- Welds fabricated items and components as required by drawing
Qualifications:
- Grade twelve education or two years experience in a manufacturing role in an equipment manufacturing company
- WHMIS certification an asset
- MIG welding experience required
