June 1st, 2006 — Bourgault Industries Ltd. of St. Brieux, Saskatchewan is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with Highline Manufacturing Inc. of Vonda, Saskatchewan whereby Bourgault will acquire all of assets of Highline Manufacturing Inc.
